after asking my friend who had both Gepette and Nether Visitor back in global version, he said that effect was the same as global version.
so I thinks it's not a bug then.

If it is attacked when it's still active, opponent will get -5 sta, this card will move to 1st empty slot but still be active. It's only deactive when this card is the one do the attack.
I'm still building my 300dp deck using child Linus but it seems a debuff-in-deck not work well.
